《食品生物化学》多媒体教学的实践

摘    要:《食品生物化学》课程多媒体以大量的图像和动画等将微观、奥秘的生命现象以宏观、形象的方式展现,可大大提高学习效率。多媒体教学作为一种先进的教学手段,在表现自身优势的同时,也存在着明显的弊端。文章从《食品生物化学》多媒体教学的实践中,提出了一些提高多媒体教学质量的途径和方法。

Abstract:Using pictures and animated cartoons to reveal microscopic and esoteric phenomena of life in the microscopic and vivid forms will promote students,learning efficiency and interesting biochemistry.As a modern means of teaching,multimedia-aided teaching has many superiorities that traditional means of teaching cannot match.However,it also has some disadvantages.This paper puts forward some approaches to improving the quality of multimedia-aided teaching on the basis of our practice of multimedia-aided biochemistry teaching.
