| 摘 要： | 重视和加强学科建设已成为高校各级领导的共识 ,但作为高校院 (系 )党总支在学科建设中如何发挥作用 ,这是值得研究和探讨的问题。本文从学科建设是高校发展的关键 ,高校院 (系 )党总支应在学科建设中起政治核心和监督保证作用 ,以学科建设为目标、积极开展思想政治工作等 3个方面探索和思考高校院 (系 )党总支在学科建设中发挥作用的问题

| Abstract: | Paying attention to and strengthening the construction of disciplines has become a common understanding of leaders and cadres at colleges and universities, so the role of general Party branches of colleges (or disciplines is worth discussion. Here, this issue is dealt with from the following perspectives. (1) The construction of disciplines is the key of the development of colleges and universities. (2) The general Party branches of colleges (or departments) should play the role of political core and supervision in the construction of disciplines. (3)Ideological and political work should be conducted actively, taking the construction of disciplines as a goal. |
