论中国管理文明传统及其创新性转化取向

摘    要:中华民族拥有丰富的管理文明传统,其主导性因素主要包括刚健有为的管理精神、以人为本的管理理念、以义导利的管理价值取向、选贤任能的管理原则、整体和谐的管理方式、崇德自律的管理方法等.立足于现实国情,坚持以马克思主义为指导,实现中国管理文明传统适应现代化需要的创新性转化,主要应确立法治精神与德治精神、人本管理与制度管理、集体主义与追求卓越、功利与道义、和谐与竞争等有机结合的建设和发展取向.

Abstract:The Chinese nation is in possession of abundant traditions of management civilization, whose dominant elements include the vigorous and promising management spirit, the people-first management idea, the management value orientation that guides the benefits by morality, the management principle that selects the virtuous and appoints the able, the management mode that emphasizes holistic harmony, and the management method that upholds morality and self-discipline, etc. on the basisof the realistic situation of our country, insisting Marxism as our guidelines, to achieve an innovative transform of the traditions of management civilization, we should confirm a constructing and developing direction, which will be an organic combination of both law-spirit and moralityspirit, both people-based management and system-based management, both collectivism and seeking excellence, both benefits and morality, both harmony and competition.
