| Abstract: | Among all female figures in Sheng's work are pure and tender girls, young married women and prostitutes of low social position who had gone though all hardship and were forced to degenerated. However; they still embodied kindness and honesty of humans. Due to diversified living environment, these female figures inhabited in Xiangxi (western Hu'na) had their own personalities, styles and mentalities. |
