| 摘 要： | 长期以来,经济学理论界都十分注重分析委托--代理问题,然而,一般组织(包括政府)与其属下成员的关系却同样不容忽视.文章在一个实际案例的基础上,提出了形式交易主体和实际交易主体概念,它们分别对应于组织及其属下成员,并对实际交易主体的机会主义行为的成因进行了分析,同时也指出了这些机会主义行为对形式交易主体的不利影响.

| Abstract: | It has been a long time since most economists mainly care about the issue of principal-agent. Nevertheless, the relationship between the general organization (including government) and its members should not be ignored. Based on a factual case, the paper establishes the concepts of model trading-body and factual trading-body, which respectively homologizes organization and its members. The paper also analyzes the reasons for the opportunistic behavior of factual trading-body and points out the harmful influence caused by the opportunistic behavior on model trading-body. |
