| 摘 要： | A Rose for Emily的语言风格主要是繁复的,但同时也是简洁的.本文采用比较与对照的方法,通过考据连同举例,集中研究William Faulkner的A Rose for Emily以及杨岂深先生的译本<纪念爱米丽的一朵玫瑰花>,认为杨先生的译本是一个融会贯通、形神兼备的译本.希望此项研究有益于文学翻译者和文学创作者.

| Abstract: | The style of William Faulkner is succinct as well as luxuriant,so is in his A Rose for Emily,a short story as one of his masterpieces.The paper makes a contrast study between English original and a Chinese version by Mr.Yang Qishen,and comes to the conclusion that Yang's version is almost a perfect one,and hopes that this study will be beneficial to those who want to be literature translators and literature writers. |
