| 摘 要： | BT模式是解决我国城市轨道交通建设资金不足，提高建设效率的有效途径之一。介绍BT融资模式的内涵和应用意义，对我国城市轨道交通BT模式进行分析，阐述其适合的运作方式，以及运作中关键问题的控制措施，最后提出运用BT模式促进非政府资本进入城市轨道交通建设的建议。

| Abstract: | A very effective way to solve the problem of lack of fund for our national municipal railroad transportation construction and to enhance the construction efficiency is through BT funding model.The definition,content and application of BT model are introduced.BT model is analyzed for the national municipal railroad transportation.The operation of BT model and the controlling measurements of the key problem during the operation are described.Finally advice is provided for enhancing the participation of non-governmental capital into municipal railroad transportation construction through BT model. |
