| 摘 要： | 林慎思的政治伦理思想是在特殊的历史时代形成的一种极具现实性和针对性的理论,主要包括以下几个方面：常念“下民之艰”的民本论,“均赋于民”、“均役于民”的仁政论，“今人易化”的教化论,“有道之君刑峻”的德刑并用论,“任忠去邪,用得其当”的尚贤论等,这些思想至今仍具有积极的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The thought of political ethics of Lin Shen-si was a kind of realistic theory that was formed in a special era. Roughly speaking, its major substance was the position of thinking highly of the people, humane politics, moral education,applying morality and penalty together, employing able and virtuous persons,and so on. Lin Shen--si＇s political ethics thought still has positive significance today. |
