摘    要:专业情意作为教师教育的前提是教师专业情感得以归旨的精神家园,东北师范大学小学教育专业从专业理想、教育信念、个人兴趣三个纬度采取了系列措施;基于对个性化生命尊重的理念,我们赋予学生以自主学习者的身份定位,东北师范大学小学教育专业尤为重视作为学生真实样态表达方式的体验,体验是学生对世界的整体把握,在体验关键点有教师的意义引领;综合素养是小学教师的独特性标识,为此,东北师范大学小学教育专业在实践中凝练了综合素养的几个核心要点。

Abstract:As the premise of teacher education,professional affection is the spiritual home of teacher professional emotion.The profession of primary school education in Northeast Normal University has taken a series of measures from professional ideals、 Educational belief and personal interest.Based on the concept of respecting for personalized life,we give the independent learner identity to the students.The profession of primary school education in Northeast Normal University has taken experience as particular importance that is the way of true being and the whole grasp of the world for students.Teachers have given meaningful lead to students when students have reached the critical moment of experience.For primary school teachers,comprehensive quality is the unique identification,so the profession of primary school education in Northeast Normal University has summarised several core points of comprehensive quality through educational practice.
