| 摘 要： | 在引入竞争机制环境行下,电信业务捆绑已经成为电信业推行普遍服务的一种新的模式。运用福利经济学理论分析电信业务捆绑的经济效果,认为电信业务的经营中容易形成价格歧视。但是如果合理运用业务捆绑,也可以使电信业务对不同需求层次的用户提供更多的商品,增加其福利。

| Abstract: | Under the situation of introducing competition mechanism,telecommunication business bundling selling has become a new telecommunications universal service implemented model.The paper adopts welfare economics theory to show the reason of the telecommunication business bundling selling;and it is easy to cause the price discrimination,but if it is reasonable use,it can make the telecommunication business provide goods to different demand levels of users.And also give the suggestion on how to realize the mutual benefits result between countries,telecom operators and consumers. |
