传统本科师范院校小学教师的培养

摘    要:随着三级师范向两级师范再向一级师范的过渡,师范院校义不容辞地担当起小学教师培养的责任,由于缺乏经验,办学效果并不理想,走出困境必须准确定位培养目标,合理设置课程结构,精心安排教育实践,努力提高学生研究水平,加强与小学及教育管理机构的联系,合力打造高质量的小学教师。

Abstract:Along with the transition from grade 3 normal college to grade 1 normal college,normal college has the bounden duty to take the responsibility to train the teachers of primary schools,while the quality of running schools is not satisfactory being lack of experience.Getting out of trouble must have a definite orientation for the training target,set up reasonable curriculum structure,arrange educational practice carefully,improve the research level of the students,and strengthen the contact with the primary school,other institutes and the like so that the high quality teachers of primary school could be created.
