| 摘 要： | 我国高校党的监督是党的领导的题中应有之义,自我党建立大学之初就与高校党的领导同步发展,经历了民主革命时期的全面监督、建国初期的艰难探索,到文革时期的似有实无、改革开放新时期的恢复与发展等几个不同的时期,积累了宝贵的历史经验。认真总结和研究我国高校党的监督正反两方面的历史经验,对于不断加强和改进高校党的领导,确保高校的社会主义办学方向,推进高校科学发展,具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。

| Abstract: | The supervision of the Party in our colleges and universities is the due justice of our Party’s leading.Ever since the establishment of colleges and universities,Party has developed with the leadership of them synchronously.Experiencing the comprehensive supervision during the period of democratic revolution,the hard exploration in the initial stage of the founding of new China,the rust during the Cultural Revolution as well as the recovery and development during the new period of Reform and Opening-up,valuable historical experience has been accumulated.For strengthening and improving the leadership of the party in colleges and universities,ensuring the socialist direction of running colleges and universities and promoting the scientific development in colleges and universities.It has very important theoretical and practical significance to do serious summary and research of the two sides of positive and negative historical experience of the supervision of the Party in our colleges and universities. |
