农村问题是青海全面实现小康的瓶颈

文章认为 ,青海省要在本世纪 2 0年代末全面实现小康社会这一目标 ,必须要正确分析农村目前社会发展滞后、政治文明度低、社会组织松散、生产方式落后、市场理念缺乏等问题。只有通过调整产业结构 ,拓宽产品市场 ,发展小城镇 ,实现农业人口的转移 ,突出自身优势 ,寻找新的经常增长点等途径 ,才能突破上述制约青海农村实现小康社会的瓶颈。

The Rual Development is Bottleneck of Carrying out the Well- Off Society in an all- sided Way in Qinghai

It is held in this paper that,in order to carry out the well-off target in an all-sided way by the end of 2020's,we must correctly analyze the sluggish development of society,low civilization of politics,loose organization of society,backward mode of production and lack of market concepts.Only by adjusting the industrial structures,widening market of products,developing small township,carrying out the transformation of agricutural populations and so on in the countryside of Qinghai at present can we break unfavourable factors of restricting the development of the well-off society in the countryside of Qinghai.
