| 摘 要： | 面对通辽市日益加剧的水资源供需矛盾,一方面要合理开发水资源,建立稳定的水资源供给体系,另一方面要在工业、农业和城市生活中全面实施节水战略措施,构建节水型社会,并强化水资源环境管理,遏制水质污染趋势,从而实现通辽市水资源可持续利用。

| Abstract: | Facing the increasable supply-demand contradiction of water-resource in Tong Liao,exploiting water resource and establishing stable water-resource supply system is becoming very important.Carrying out overall water-saving strategic steps in industry,agriculture and city life and establishing water-saving society is another important aspect.At the same time,strengthening water-resource environment management,preventing water quality from being polluted may achieve water resource sustainable utilize in Tong Liao. |
