电子商务环境下的信息系统设计模式

本文探讨了传统信息系统在电子商务环境下的缺陷,在技术、管理、组织和个人用户四个层面上论述了适应EC环境的信息系统的特征;在研究ECIS组成元素的基础上,从集成的数据环境、系统结构和功能结构三个方面,以信息资源管理的视角,提出一种面向电子商务活动的信息系统设计模式。该设计模式认为ECIS的设计是EC供应链的上下游企业、客户以及第三方机构协同建设的过程,而ECIS的功能结构应该从信息资源管理和配置的角度进行划分。

Design Model of Information System in Electronic Commerce

This paper first explores the limitations of the traditional information system, and then probes into the characteristics of ECIS(electronic commerce information system) form the angles of technology, management, individual user and organization. At last, based on the analysis of the elements of ECIS, the paper puts forward a new design model which is described in three aspects: data environment, system structure and function structure. This design model is based on the conceptions that the process of the design of ECIS is engaged by all the organizations involved in EC, and the functions of the ECIS should be seen from the angle of management and configuration of information resource.
