| 摘 要： | 人是我国现代化建设的主体,关注人的生存、促进人的全面发展也是我国现代化建设的题中应有之义。从我国现代化的背景出发,探讨人的生存与发展的风险的原因,研究规避风险的方法,力图为构建和谐社会、实现人的全面发展提供现实的路径。

| Abstract: | People are the main body of China's modernization. Focus on human survival and promoting the comprehensive development is also a problem in the proper meaning of China's modernization. Starting from the background of China's modernization,this paper investigates the reasons of the risks of people's survival and development and studies the risk-averse approach in order to provide a practical path of building a harmonious society and realizing people's comprehensive development. |
