| 摘 要： | 近年来,循环经济成为社会各界普遍关注的热点词汇、学界集中讨论的焦点话题,但相关讨论大多都停留在经济学、生态科学领域之内,对循环经济与现代性的关系以及其中的技术发展等重要问题言之甚少。笔者认为,循环经济是在当代生态理念指导下的经济运行模式,作为一种新的发展观、价值观和文化观,表现为对现代性模式和现代理性精神的一种反思和超越。

| Abstract: | In recent years,circular economy has aroused wide concern in academic circles.The discussion,however,is restricted mainly in the field of economy and ecology with ignorance of the relationship between circular economy and modernity and other problems such as technology development.Circular economy is an economic mode in the light of modern ecology which surpasses the modern mode and rationality as a new outlook on development,values and culture. |
