| 摘 要： | 以石油为基础、以美元为标的的“石油美元体制”是美国实现全球霸权目标中除了借助军事手段外的最为重要的经济手段之一，它为美国实现在中东乃至全球的利益提供了极为有效的金融支持。进入21世纪以来，美元的走低伴随着欧元的趋强，导致美国对石油美元控制能力的削弱，动摇了“石油美元体制”的根基，这必然会影响美国在中东乃至全球的根本利益。美国能否控制“石油美元体制”危机的蔓延，人们将拭目以待。

| Abstract: | The Oil-Dollar Regime on oil grounds denominated in US dollar is one of the most significant economic means in the realization of US global dominance in addition to military resorts. This regime provides most effective finance support for the US to safeguard its interest in Middle East and even the whole world. The advent of 21st century has seen the weakening of US dollar against euro, which has undermined the US control over the oil-dollar regime, and will surely exert a negative impact on the US fundamental interest in Middle East and globe. Whether the US will be able to contain the spread of oil-dollar regime crisis remains to be seen. |
