| 摘 要： | 企业伦理并非是企业的一个外表包装,而是基于内在的一种价值表现。在当代,企业的发展应与社会的发展及员工个人的发展结合成一体,功利价值与伦理价值达到一致,只有这样企业才会具备真正的发展空间。
