| Abstract: | This text puts forward the idea that the judicial explanation should have the force of tracing back after analysing the theory and practice of the judicial explanation of criminal law.Then the author expounds its various concrete situations existing.Moreover ,the author also probes into some kinds of special questions on the tracing back force in the judicial explanation of criminal law in the practice. |
