| 摘 要： | 商贸型小城镇是辽宁小城镇发展的一种重要模式。以西柳和南台两个典型为例描述了商 贸型小城镇的发展历程,并对其发展的特点和存在的问题做了分析。认为该类小城镇的繁荣发展,必须 建立在制定科学的城镇规划和专项专业市场布局模式规划的基础上,延伸产业链条,强化其商业职能和 对“三农”的综合服务功能,培养和创立企业或区域品牌。

| Abstract: | Snail towns of commerce and trade play an important role in Liaoning economy. Xiliu and Nantai are taken for example to demonstrate the history of development of such small towns ,whose developmental characteristics and problems are also analysed. The prosperity of the small towns depends on a scientific city plan and some specialised markets. |
