原位一步法合成3,5-二硝基水杨酸插层水滑石

摘    要:采用原位一步合成法合成3,5—二硝基水杨酸插层水滑石材料,用XRD、IR对合成的样品进行表征,并与水溶液中阴离子直接交换合成法进行比较,结果表明,采用上述两种方法在控制适当的反应条件下均能制备出相应的3,5—二硝基水杨酸插层水滑石,但相比之下,原位一步合成法明显具有合成时间短,步骤简单和节约能耗等优点。

In Situ One-step Synthesis of 3,5-dinitrosalicylate Anion Intercalated Layered Double Hydroxides

Abstract:3,5-dinitrosalicylate-intercalated layered double hydroxides was synthesized by in-situ one-step synthesis method for the first, and was characterized by XRD and IR.A comparison was made for the synthetic conditions between the in-situ one-step synthesis method and direct anion-exchange synthesis method.The results show that with these two methods,the 3,5 -dinitrosalicylate-intercalated layered double hydroxide can be obtained,but in contrast,the former has the advantages of shorter synthetic time,fewer synthetic steps and lower energy consumption.
