| 摘 要： | 美国女权运动虽然自20世纪60年代以来,发展十分迅速并取得可喜成果,但对广大妇女来说,其平等理想并未完全实现。例如,她们在教育领域虽然取得了很大成绩,但并没有取得相应的就业效果。目前,少数民族妇女在政治、经济和社会保障等领域,其平等权利仍然明显落后于男性。美国妇女要完全实现平等理想,还需要继续努力。

| Abstract: | Feminist movement has developed rapidly in America since 1960s and obtained delightful fruits, but the equal ideals were not achieved completely for the whole women. For example, although they gained great successes in educational field, they didn＇ t achieve relevant effects of employment. Right now, American women, particularly the minority women still obviously lag behind men in the field of politics, economy and social security. There is a long way to go for American women to completely realize the ideal of equality. |
