| 摘 要： | 从生源质量、教学模式、教师教学水平和学生学习风气四个方面分析了在扩招背景下地方性高校教学质量下滑的主要原因,明确提出了教师的教学水平在教学质量管理中的地位与作用,并对如何提高教师的教学水平进行了较为详细的论述.

| Abstract: | Under new circumstances of enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the factors accountable for the declination of education in colleges and universities in terms of students' qualities,teaching modes,teachers' teaching levels and learning atmosphere.This paper also deals with the role teachers play in improving teaching and management,followed by a detailed discussion of improving teachers' teaching abilities. |
