摘    要:近年来,大学生群体已成为挫折情境和挫折感的易发区和高发区,对大学生实施抗挫折教育,为帮助他们摆脱挫折的困扰、顺利地跨越转折、完成学业而努力是十分必要的。研究表明,大学生遭遇挫折的类型可分为:适应挫折、学习挫折、人际交往挫折、情绪挫折、恋爱挫折、生理挫折、家庭挫折、学校挫折、毕业挫折等9种类型,本文针对每一种挫折类型,相应地提出了预防与调适措施,旨在提高大学生挫折应对质量,增强挫折承受力,实现挫折应对自我监控。

Abstract:Frustration situation and the college students' senses of frustration are always found among college students very easily and frequently in recent years. Therefore, it's very necessary to carry out antifrustration education and try to make them be lifted out of the puzzle of frustration, leap over the turning period smoothly and finish their studies. The research show that the frustrations of the college students may be divided into nine types: adaption frustration, learning frustration, interpersonal communication frustration, emotion frustration, love frustration, physiology frustration, family frustration, school frustration, graduation frustration etc. Some measure of preventing and adjusting may be provided in accodance with every type in the thesis to promoting the quality of frustration coping, strengthening frustration tolerance and realizing self-monitoring of frustrtion coping.
