| 摘 要： | 科技创新是推动医学发展的重要力量.专利已成为卫生系统科技创新的一项重要工作内容,也是体现医疗卫生单位科研实力的重要标志.卫生系统专利也是医疗卫生单位资产的重要组成部分,对专利加强保护和规范管理是各级卫生行政部门和医疗卫生单位的重要职责.文章通过调查江苏省卫生系统部分医院专利工作现况,分析卫生系统专利工作存在的主要问题,并提供相应的解决措施,以期推动江苏省卫生系统专利工作的进一步开展.

| Abstract: | Science and technology innovation is the driving force of development of medicine. As a symbol of scientific research ability of medical and health institutions, patent has been the important work and significant part of the assets of the health system. It is an important duty to strengthen the management and protection of patent. In order to promote the patent work in health system of Jiangsu Province, the author investigated the patent work status, advanced the existing problems, and provided the corresponding countermeasures. |
