节能量保证型合同能源管理项目的收益分配

收益分配是影响合同能源管理项目顺利实施的主要因素之一。从利益相关者视角，分析节能量保证型合同能源管理项目中主要的利益相关者，给出其合作条件；以Shapley值为工具，得出节能量保证型合同能源管理项目收益分配方案，运用算例进行了验证。研究结果表明，Shapley值法能够较好地解决节能量保证型合同能源管理项目利益相关者的收益分配问题；节能量保证型合同能源管理项目利益相关者组成合作联盟，不仅提高了各自的节能收益，而且节能总收益最高。

Income Distribution of the Energy-Saving Guarantee Energy Performance Contracting Project

Income distribution is one of the main factors that can affect the implementation of the energy performance contracting （EPC） project. From the perspective of stakeholder theory, this study defined and surveyed major stakeholder groups in terms of energy-saving guarantee EPC project to find out their cooperation conditions; Shapley value was selected as a tool to calculate income distribution scheme in the energy-saving guarantee EPC project as well as using numerical ex- ample to be validated. The results show that caleulalion process used Shapley value is relatively simple and applicable for resolving the distribution problem in the energy-saving guarantee EPC project; the stakeholders in the energy-saving guaran- tee EPC Project all have different degree of income improved when cooperated to a union.
