| 摘 要： | 通过对大量材料所组成的历史事实的分析、综合 ,认为 1 947— 1 949年的美国对华政策 ,要在如何对待蒋介石政权、如何对待呼之欲出的新政权、实行什么样的对台政策等方面做出选择。选择的结果并不取决于美国某一位对华政策的制订者与国民党政府的私人恩怨 ,而是美国的全球战略和是否最大限度的符合美国利益

| Abstract: | This article analyses and synthesizes a lot of historical materials and concludes that the U.S. China policy from 1947 to 1949 had to be chosen from how to treat Jiang Jieshi's government,how to treat the newly-born government and what policy for Taiwan.The result was not decided by some American constitutor or personal a kind of resentment to Kuomintang government,but decided by America's global strategy and its own benefits. |
