Competition policy and trade policy are traditionally regarded as different domains although they are closely related to each other. Presently, the global trade massively growths, and the multinational enterprises gradually play an important role in international economic activities. Thus the adjustment of international competition greatly attract people's attention. The world is aware of that private anti-competitive practices together with trade barriers imposed by the authority, become the two major obstacles impeding the trade liberalization. Therefore, the discussion of different rules produced by competition policy and trade policy as well as balance and coordination between them, no doubt has certain practical significance.
