高职院校残疾人专职委员人才培养方案的研究

当前残疾人专职委员已经成为基层残疾人工作队伍的重要组成部分，他们对落实各项基层残疾人工作任务，实现残疾人自我服务具有重要意义。调查发现相当数量在岗残疾人专职委员并不具备从事该项工作的专业知识和能力，残疾人专职委员要走职业化道路必须加强专业化人才培养和培训。本文在对残疾人专职委员专业化人才培养必要性论证基础上，就专业人才培养目标、培养规格和课程设置等方面进行了阐述，期望能够为该专业人才培养和培训提供参考性建议。

Research on the Project of the Full-time Members of the Disabled Committee Professionals in the Higher Vocational Colleges

At present, the full-time members of the disabled commit- tee have been an important part of the grassroots workers who service for the disabled, they play a significant role in implementing tasks for the disabled and in helping the disabled achieve self-service. The survey found that considerable numbers of the full-time members of the disabled committee don＇t have the professional knowledge and the ability of this work. To take the rode of professionalization , we must strengthen the professional development and training. Based on the argumentation for the necessity of the professional development of the full-tlme members of the disabled committee, this article elaborates the aims, the requirements and the curriculum settings in professional development and so on, we hope that it can provide referential suggestions for the professional development and training in this area.
