摘    要:激励方案是人力资源管理的一项重要内容。作者分析了传统薪酬项目如工资、奖金等在激励效果上的种种利弊,并着重讨论了现代人力资本理论对我们改进企业经营者激励机制的一些有益启示,认为我国在企业经营者的激励方案设计中有必要更多地关注企业产权关系以及经营者业绩与企业的长远目标关系。

On the Management's Incentive Principles with Property as the Core
Abstract:Incentive policy is a very important issue in Human Resource Management. In addition to giving analyses on varieties of advantages and disadvantages of traditional paying methods, such as salary, bonus, etc., in their functions as incentives, the passage mainly discusses on modern Human Capital Theories' illuminations for improving incentive tactics of enterprises' managers. The author believe it is necessary to pay attention to the relations among property, results of management and long-term goals of enterprises in making incentive policy for management of enterprises in China.
