| 摘 要： | 在邓小平理论中,"科学技术是第一生产力"的论断占有极其重要的地位,然而在理论界仍有不同的理解和认识.有一种观点认为"科学技术是第一生产力"指的是科学技术渗透到生产力三要素之中;还有一种观点把"科学技术是第一生产力"解释为"第一位变革的作用"首要的因素".事实上,"科学技术是第一生产力"应当包括两层含义第一层含义是科学技术是一个独立的生产力,即科技生产力;第二层含义是科学技术在生产力诸要素中起第一位的决定作用.

| Abstract: | The view of"Scientific Technology is the first productive force" that is important position in Deng Xiao-ping's theory.But,in public opinions,They have different opinions to the view.Some one think "scientific technology is the first productive force"that is scientific technology permeate into the three factors of productive force;Some one think the opinion is first reform role and "the first factor".In fact,"scientific technology is first productive force"includes two contents,firstly,scientific technology is independent productive force,as well as scientific technology productive force.Secondly scientific technology is key role in all factors of productive force. |
