高校积极心理健康教育亟待解决的几个问题

目前，积极心理健康教育越来越成为高校心理健康教育的一个主流形式，很多高校都在陆续开设以“幸福课”为主要内容的积极心理健康教育课程。但是，积极心理健康教育还需要解决下面一系列问题：教师传播积极心理健康意识和观念的问题、学校环境和团体制度协同合作的问题、积极心理健康教育的目标问题、积极心理健康教育教材的开发问题、积极心理健康教育的课程内容、课程考核问题等。这几个问题的解决，有助于从根本上落实高校的积极心理健康教育，提高积极心理健康教育效果，提升大学生的幸福感水平。

Some Urgent Issues in the Positive Mental Health Education in Colleges and Universities

Nowadays, the positive mental health education is increasingly becoming the major torms of mental health education in colleges and universities, and many colleges and universities set the specific course on positive mental health education centering on happiness. However, the current situation of positive mental health education is far from satisfactory. A series of problems remain to be settled, for instance, issues concerning teachers＇ spreading the awareness and ideas of positive mental health, the cooperation between schools and the related associations, the objective of such education, the development of textbooks, and the content and the assessment of the related course.
