| 摘 要： | 解决我国的能源问题,必须有主有次、全面安排。我国的能源发展战略,应该立足矿物能源,大力开发替代能源,限制高耗能产业,扶持新节能技术,提高全民节能意识,完善各项能源法律,走一条综合的能源发展道路。

| Abstract: | To solve the energy problem of our country needs an overall arrangement with good order from the major to the minor.Our energy development strategy should be made as relying on mineral energy,making great efforts to exploit alternative energy,restricting high energy-consuming industries,giving aid to new energy-saving technology,improving energy-saving awareness of the public,and perfecting all those energy-related laws,so as to find out a new comprehensive approach to energy development. |
