高校深化学分制改革的微观约束条件及策略

摘    要:从当前高校的内外形势看,全面深化学分制改革的时机已逐步成熟;全面实施学分制是一项系统工程,也是一项"牵一发而动全身"的改革,应该按照"整体设计,统一部署,重点突破,相互衔接"的原则积极推进,并力争在整体上取得突破。

Abstract:Targeting colleges and universities, this article discusses the micro-constraints and puts forward the pertinent countermeasures for the deepening of the reform of credit system. It is pointed out that the current situation home and abroad is favorable to the overall deepening of the reform in the credit system. As the overall implementation of credit system is not only a systematic project but also a reform, a slight move of which may affect the whole situation, it should moved ahead actively by following a sound principle in order to gain a overall breakthrough. The sound principle to abide by is as follows: overall designing; unified arrangement; pilot breakthrough; mutual connection.
