| 摘 要： | 以水利行业院校为例分析行业院校英语专业人才的培养模式：＂立足行业、强基固本、特色突出＂。始终坚持学科专业的行业特色,加强行业知识和英语知识的融合,围绕其主干学科设置相关课程,以适应行业发展的需要为主要目标,满足行业人力资源的需求。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the model of training talent of English speciality for professional institutions with schools of water industry for example： being based on the industry,strong foundation and prominent features;always adhering to the disciplines＇ characteristics of the industry,enhancing the integration of professional knowledge with knowledge of English,setting related courses around its main subjects to meet the need of the industry as the main objective,meeting the demand for human resources of the industry. |
