“无痛伦理观”与本科法理学课程教材编写

法理学课程的教学对象重视知识应用前景、知识背景的差异越来越明显。从无痛伦理观的视角看，我国本科法理学课程教材在教材内容、教材组织、教材功能的发挥以及立体化方面均存在问题，要实现它的“无痛化”，应重视学生的能力培养和教材的立体化建设，方便教材使用者的知识拓展并积极探索特色教材的编写。
