摘    要:法理学课程的教学对象重视知识应用前景、知识背景的差异越来越明显。从无痛伦理观的视角看,我国本科法理学课程教材在教材内容、教材组织、教材功能的发挥以及立体化方面均存在问题,要实现它的“无痛化”,应重视学生的能力培养和教材的立体化建设,方便教材使用者的知识拓展并积极探索特色教材的编写。

Abstract:There exist more obvious differences in how much importance the teaching objects of the course attach to the application of knowledge and to the discrepancy in knowledge backgrounds. From a perspective of anodyne ethics, there are problems in the content and organization of textbooks, the exertion of the functions of textbooks, the stereoscopic textbooks in the course of jurisprudence. In order to make the nomological textbook anodyne, attention should be paid to training students' ability and the compilation of stereoscopic textbooks, facilitating knowledge expansion for the users of textbooks and compilation Of characteristic textbooks.
