| Abstract: | In the context of socialist harmonious society,the labor unions at colleges universities should be based on the working characteristics of the trade union and give full play to the functions of maintenance,education,participationn and construction so as to effectively promote the construction of harmonious society and improve the education and training of builders and successors for the socialist cause,thereby enhancing the harmony of the future society. |
