| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆聘用学生馆员参与图书管理工作，是促进学生成长的重要渠道和图书馆发挥教育作用的途径，既能提高图书馆服务质量，又有利于学生在管理中得到锻炼。讨论了学生馆员在图书管理工作中的意义，就如何规范学生馆员的管理，使其更好地参与高校图书馆的工作进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The participating of student librarians in library management in colleges and universities is an imporrant channel which not only promotes the growth of students and makes it possible for libraries to play a role in education both also improves the quality of library services and trains students in management. The paper discusses the significance of student librarians to the management of the books and conducts a preliminary study of how to regulate the management so that student librarians can do better in participating in university library work. |
