| Abstract: | The paper briefly reviews the history of Chinese civic culture studies,summarizes the domestic scholars′ basic point and view of the main problem on civic culture.Based on a brief analysis of these studies,the author proposes the view that building of Chinese civic culture should be rights-centered. |
