| Abstract: | Language situation and established occasion play decisive roles in developing students＇ translation predictive abilities,which are also the problems to be worth probing into.Based on the functional theory and the translating process,the paper analyzes and deals with the process of translation and translation predictive abilities and classifies them in the light of their characteristics. |
