法学专业实践类课程考核方式改革

法学是一门实践性非常强的学科,实践环节对于帮助学生更好地理解书本法律知识、运用法律知识解决实际问题能力的培养至关重要。而各类高等院校的法学教育改革,对于考核方式方面的关注度明显不足。积极探索统一考核与独立考核相结合、坚持结果考核与过程考核相结合、对学生的考核与对教师的考核相结合、分类制定法学本科实践教学考核标准等具体改革路径,以期实现设置科学、合理和公平的考核机制,充分发挥实践教学在培养学生法律应用能力方面的作用。

Reform on Evaluation Methods of Practical Courses of Legal Science

Law is a very practical subject. The process of practicing is very important to help students understand the legal knowledge in the books better and develop capacity to solve actual problems with legal knowledge. At present,most of the reform of legal education in colleges and universities are concerned little about assessment methods. We should actively explore the concrete reform paths such as the combination of the unified examination and independent assessment, the combination of the result assessment and process assessment, the combination of the students＇ assessment and the teachers＇ assessment, and making classification in practical teaching assessment criteria of the science of law undergraduate. All the above mentioned is to set up a scientific, reasonable and fair assessment mechanism, and give full play to the practical teaching in training students＇ ability to the application of the law.
