摘    要:以中华女子学院现有260位班主任为主要被试群体,通过调查研究确定班主任岗位的目标定位与设置,及考察班主任对大学生成长成才的作用机制。不难发现,女校大学班主任是一支以专业教师为主体,具有年轻化、短期化、兼职化的群体特征的队伍;其对90后大学生的成才成长具有全方位、多角度的影响,同时要开拓专业教师班主任工作新局面仍有很大空间需要提升。

Research into the Effectiveness of Professional Lecturers as Class Advisers upon College Students’Development

Abstract:As the instructor in ideological education and the leader of students’development, the class adviser plays a bridging role in school work. This study not only adopts an overall perspective, summarizing basic requirements of class advisers’work from the angles of policy guidelines, development plans and training goals, but also sets vocation goals and investigates the mechanisms of the students’development from a bottom-top view. The survey results show:the class adviser group in China Women’s University is mainly made up of professional lecturers, mostly young, short-term and part-time. This energetic team has full and multiple impacts upon the young college students’ development. Still, there is a lot of space to create new situations in the class advisers’work.
