| Abstract: | Based on the Importance of civil affairs' development and by the view of the experiential research,this dissertation first analyzed the status quo of the income and layout of civil affairs,and then figured out the deficiency of the total income and the problems of its structure,and proposed that we should work hard trying to establish a scientific,reasonable and effective financial assurance mechanism of civil affairs at the end. |
