| 摘 要： | 1938年 11月至 194 0年 3月是中国军队参战次数、参战兵力和歼敌人数最多的时期之一 ,并且进行了四次攻势作战 ,扭转了被动局面 ,掌握了作战的主动权。因而这时期的抗战是积极的 ,而不是消极的。

| Abstract: | From November 1938 to March 1940 Chinese army achieved the best reputation in the numbers of waging battles,in sending soldiers and destroying the Japanese invaders.During this period Chinese army waged four attacks and changed their passive situation,and gained their positive situation.Therefore the fighting in this period is positive,not passsive. |
