| 摘 要： | 国际冲突是国际社会存在与发展的基本形态之一,而平抑和消解冲突并实现对冲突的社会控制,也是国际社会必须面对的难题。在控制国际冲突的各种方式中,司法方式日益重要。而且,近些年国际司法机制得到了迅猛的发展,国际争端解决出现了一种司法化的倾向,值得我们关注。

| Abstract: | The international conflict is one of basic formation of international society,restraining and removing the conflict and putting it under control are important tasks.Among the various measures to control the conflict,the international justice is more and more important.Moreover,in recent years,with great development of international judicial system,international dispute settlement has a typical characteristic of judicial tendency,which deserves our attention. |
