农民专业合作组织的成长机理与发展对策研究——基于河南省安阳市的调查

实地调查发现，农民专业合作组织具有组织不规范、发展封闭性与市场脆弱性等缺陷。要克服其发展缺陷。农民专业合作组织必须基于自身的资源优势，对内提高资源的配置效率，对外则嵌入农业产业价值链中，逐步形成能够产生价值、具有竞争优势的产业组织。农民专业合作组织要健康成长和发展，必须“内外兼修”。对内要强化农户之间的合作关系，对外要协调好与农业产业化经营企业的关系，更要处理好与政府之间的关系。

On the Growth and Development of Farmer Professional Cooperative Organizations --A survey of Anyang City,Henan Province

A field survey found that farmer professional cooperative organizations have not been well organized,closed to alternative development and vulnerable to marketization.In fact, a healthy growth of sueh organizations resides in the farmers,market, relevant enterprises,government and other interest groups. To overcome their shortcomings,the organizations must optimalize their own resources： to allocate resources to improve their efficiency and to be embedded in the agricultural industry value chains. In the end, they will be able to generate their values and acquire competitive advantages.
