It is now urgent to change the economic growth mode. To quicken the change of economic growth mode, we must take the concept innovations as the prerequisite, the energy-saving and discharge reduction as the breakthroughs, the cultivation of new industries as the key and the system innovation as a means to improve the economic environment.
