| 摘 要： | 论述了我国土地制度的发展过程,阐明了土地制度的变迁是农业经济生产效益的释放过程,同时对土地制度变迁产生的绩效进行了评析,指出在农业经济活动中由于农业本身的产业弱势,政策颁布与执行中存在一个博弈,只有博弈结果是有利于农户收益提高时政策才会有效推行。

| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the evolution process of the Land system in China, demonstrates that this evolution is the releasing process of production efficiency of agricultural economy, and evaluates the efficiency resulted from the evolution. Because of the industrial inferiority of aguriculture itself in the activities of agricultural economy, there exists a game in policy enactment and policy practicing. Therefore, only when the game result is beneficial to enhancing farmers' income, can the policy be effectively carried out. |
