青年知识女性成就动机弱化原因分析

面对传统思想观念的挑战以及社会生活中的各种困境,不少青年知识女性认同“干得好不如嫁得好”等传统价值观念,自我职业信心不断降低,思想观念开始退化。剖析了这种思想退化的社会环境因素及女性自身心理因素,并为解决这种状况提出了四点建议,旨在强化青年知识女性的成就动机,走出困境,追求事业成功与实现自身价值。

Analysis of reduction of the achievement motive of young intellectual women

In the face of the challenge of the traditional concept and various kinds of predicaments in social life,many intellectual women approve of some traditional values such as "marrying well better than doing well".And their self-confidence in work is reducing constantly,concepts begin to degradate.This paper analyzes social environmental factor and women's own psychological factor on this kind of concepts degradation,and puts forward four suggestions in order to change this kind of state,aiming at strengthening young intellectual women's achievement motive,extricating themselves from a plight,pursuing a sucessful career and realizing their own value.
